We use the information we collect to provide the products and services you request, to tell you about other products and services offered by Pibot, and to manage our sites and services. In general, we do not share your personal information with third-party marketers, unless we have asked for and obtained your explicit consent.
- Payment Term is DELIVERY AGAINST PAYMENT, we do not accept C.O.D. orders.
- We accept the PayPal, Credit Card. The main Payment method is PayPal. If you have PayPal, that is great. You can simply place order and check out with few steps. If you don't have PayPal account, you can register it and pay by credit card.
- We only accept the online order. You can order directly from website, or you can ask us to send your a PayPal invoice.
- All Prices stated are only the cost of the products and the shipping. It does not include any customs charges.
When you place your order, it will go through a series of steps during fulfilment.
- Pending: Your order is submitted to us but without checkout. Your order will not be shipped.
- Processing: Your order is being picked and usually will be sent to our logistics center on the same day.
- Completed: Your order is completed.
- Once your order has reached "processing" status, it can no longer be cancelled or otherwise altered in any way.
- Please contact our customer service staff as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order, to ensure the order doesn't reach the "processing" status. To avoid any complications, please recheck your shopping cart before checkout.
- All items are inspected before dispatch and are carefully hand-packed.
- Please allow a few days to deliver the products to the transferring station.
- Shipping time can be greatly affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, post office delay, customs etc. We cannot guarantee a timely delivery but we will do our best to ensure you receive your products as soon as possible.
- It is standard courier practice for you to check the contents of the parcel before signing for your goods. If you do not we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may have occurred in transit.
- Total shipping costs are calculated during checkout. You can add the items to the cart, and then find an "Estimate Shipping and Tax" from the Shopping Cart page to get a quote. This will provide a list of estimates for the shipping methods available to your selected destination.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
- You may need to pay any amount charged by the government in your respective country. This includes, and is not limited to, duties, taxes and any extra fees charged by the courier company. We will not be held responsible for any extra charges once the original package has been shipped.
- If the customer refuses to pay these extra charges, the return shipping and any additional fees will be taken out of the cost of the order, with any remaining funds being refunded to the customer.
- Customs are quite different in each country. Please note any requirements while you are placing your orders. We will provide as much support as possible.
We ship our products WORLDWIDE. Not all countries are included at the selected list for shipping. If this is the case, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will give you an exact price for the shipping of your order.
Our average time for order processing and preparation is 24 to 48 hours from online order confirmation.
We usually send via DHL/EMS/SF.
For DHL shipments, delivery times vary depending on the country of delivery, but with an average of about 5/8 working days.
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
- If you want to mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "sample" - email to us within 12 hours after you paid and tell me what you want write. We do not recommend using this kind of behavior and government regulations prohibit such behavior.
- Returns due to problem of customs clearance we will not be accepted if you not contact us in advance. We will not bear any return cost, so if there is something wrong with the customs clearance, please contact us and together we can solve this problem.
We have the freight concessions below:
- Our table rates are calculated precisely, you can just add the items to your cart, and then find an "Estimate Shipping and Tax" from the Shopping Cart page.
- Free Shipping: Total weigh less than 1 kg and over $116, it’s not include the Package weight. (Other cases are not shipping free).
- The fares would be cheaper if the goods weight > 21kg and ship by DHL.
- If the DHL is too expensive for you, and your order weigh over 21kg, please contact us.
- We will ship by DHL, only Ukraine, Croatia, Belarus ship by EMS. (DHL cheaper than EMS).
- If you have any problems with your order, please notify us within 120 days from date of shipment of any defective product. Any reports of problems with an order shipped more than 120 days ago cannot be serviced.
- All faulty products can be replaced within 60 days (including working days and holidays).
- No warranty will apply if the product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.
- You agree to pay for the return shipping on exchanges and returns and we will reimburse this cost upon verification of a defect with the product.
- We will deliver a replacement product within 15 days of receiving the product from you.
Refund or Return Policy
- It is possible to return it for refund within 7 days of receipt (10 days for an exchange). You must first advise us by email: email@example.com for return authorization. Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility, if it is confirmed that the problem is the quality of our products.
- The product must then be returned in its original packaging with its receipt and a small note stating the reason for the return. This will help us to serve you better and improve our products. Failure to return the complete contents and box in good condition may result in a fee being charged. Cash refunds will only be provided for 30 days from date of delivery.
- Returns on damaged, scratched, programmed, burnt, or otherwise 'played with' product will not be accepted.
- Please note that all items will be reimbursed within 7 days of receiving the product (shipping fees excluded). You must cover the cost of returning the product. You will need to pay for shipping (if you want a refund instead of a replacement). Shipping fees will only be refunded if the return is a result of a shipping error on our part.
